Q-Park is Starting 2024 with a New Parking Facility in Remscheid

Q-Park, one of the leading parking operators in Europe, is pleased to take over the Allee Arkaden parking garage at Blumenstraße 16 in Remscheid from January 2nd, 2024.

The parking garage has a total area of more than 4000 square meters. The parking spaces are spread over four levels on eight split levels and an open deck. The total of 367 parking spaces include six parent-child parking spaces and seven disabled parking spaces and seven women's parking spaces. There are also 60 XXL parking spaces available to those who park. The entrance height is 1.9 meters.

It will be equipped with the latest technology from Q-Park. In addition to new signage, LED lighting and the purchase of special cleaning machines, a concept for video surveillance is also being developed.

The Allee Arkaden car park is open continuously from Monday to Sunday. Access to the parking facility is possible with a valid parking ticket for 24 hours via the night entrance on Bankstrasse or Alleestrasse.

The property is equipped with the parking space management system from Scheidt & Bachmann (S&B) and, in conjunction with the Q-Park PaSS technology, offers customers the opportunity to drive in and out contactlessly and cashlessly using license plates. The Q-Park app and the booking and reservation feature in the property will also be available to customers. The interface to the 24/7 Q-Park control center will also be created so that customers can contact them at any time if they have any questions about the parking property and receive help as quickly as possible.

The parking garage also has two women's emergency call buttons, a cashless payment machine with card-only payment and two full-service payment machines where both card and cash payments are possible.

The parking fees are €1.20 for the hour or part thereof. The maximum daily fee is €10.00. Long-term parkers have the option of requesting a 7x24 subscription in order to receive individual and customer-oriented parking solutions that make it possible to park at a reduced price from Monday to Sunday.
