INTERPOLIS TAKES HIGHER INTEREST IN EUROPEAN PARKING COMPANY Q-PARK

Interpolis Pensioenen was already shareholder on behalf of three other pension funds.

Other shareholders are: Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP, ING Real Estate, RUPA, REAAL Levensverzekeringen, Stichting TKP Pensioen Real Estate Fonds, Delta Lloyd, BHF-BANK and ENTERO.

Q-Park (Maastricht NL based) has a top five position in the European parking market with parking facilities in ownership, on management contracts, in operation or a combination of the three. Q-Park is located in six European countries: Belgium, France, Germany, England, Ireland and The Netherlands. By the end of 2003 Q-Park has 160.000 parking spaces and 1.500 employees.

The parking company is specialised in all aspects of parking. Clients are amongst others, local governments, real estate developers, and private companies. All parking facilities and services are developed on basis of the needs of customers and local markets.
