Q-Park joins forces with Halfords Autocentres to offer free car checks in Liverpool ONE

Award-winning car parking company Q-Park has teamed up with Halfords Autocentres to offer customers a free 5 point check of their vehicle at the Q-Park Liverpool ONE car park this Saturday. 

Halfords Autocentres technicians will be at the car park on Saturday 29^th June between 10am – 4pm and will be situated near to the entrance barriers. All Q-Park customers are welcome to take their car to the service station to receive the checks for free.

The experienced Halfords technicians will conduct the following checks on all vehicles:

• Battery Check

• Oil level Check

• Tyre Check

• Bulbs Check

• Washer Bottle Check

The initial idea to offer this service arose from an article published in the DIA’s magazine, Driving Instructor, in January. The article stated that following a recent survey, results showed that 1 in 10 motorists do not check their cars between annual MOTs. Q-Park hopes that by working with Halfords Autocentres to offer this service, it will encourage drivers to check their vehicles more often and ensure everything is working correctly. This initial trial will take place in Q-Park Liverpool ONE, with a view to offer this service in other car parks across the UK going forward.
