Bouwfonds Parking Fund to acquire the Hague car park
Bouwfonds European Real Estate Parking Fund of Bouwfonds Real Estate Investment Management acquired its third car park in the Netherlands by ways of a sale & lease back with Q-Park.
The acquisition involves the Central Station / New Babylon car park of 960 parking spaces in The Hague, the Netherlands. The car park is situated under the Anna van Bueren square and is operated by Q-Park under a 20 year lease.
With this transaction, the total fund value increases to EUR 270 million. The portfolio currently comprises 22 parking facilities located in Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
