Altera Extends Agreement With Q-Park on Sint Jorisplein in Amersfoort

Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed N.V. (hereinafter: Altera) recently extended their contract with Q-Park for the parking garage under Sint Jorisplein in Amersfoort for a long-term agreement. The parking garage has 444 spaces, has a charging capacity for electric cars and will also offer shared cars in the future. The parking garage is the source of the center of Amersfoort and therefore has a high occupancy rate.

It confirms the attractiveness of this parking garage in the bustling city center. Partly due to the extension, Q-Park can now invest in more charging points and shared cars, which contributes to the further sustainability of this shopping center.”
