ParkVia Expands Aeroporti DI Roma Relationship with FastTrack and New Two-Year Deal

Airport parking aggregator ParkVia are celebrating a 2-year contract renewal with Aeroporti di Roma

Airport parking aggregator ParkVia are celebrating a 2-year contract renewal with Aeroporti di Roma, following strong post-pandemic recovery.

The agreement, which reaffirms a partnership that has been running since 2017, will not only see 5 of the most popular car parks at Fiumicino and 3 of the most popular car parks at Ciampino remain available for ParkVia’s 10 million plus users to book directly, but will also add ADR’s FastTrack products to the list of journey-enhancing options available to buy through the platform.

As a result of the renewal, ADR will continue to benefit from exposure for their parking inventory thanks to ParkVia’s substantial network of airline partners, including EasyJet, Ryanair and WizzAir.

As Italy’s busiest airport, Fiumicino represents a key location in the Italian airport parking market, despite taking a harder hit in terms of flight volume during the pandemic than other large airports in Italy.

Speaking about the deal, Ilaria Vacca, ParkVia’s Head of Strategic Accounts said: “We are delighted that ADR have agreed to continue our partnership. The official car parks at Fiumicino and Ciampino airports are the foundation of our airport parking offering at both locations and are consistently popular with our customers. ParkVia users value convenience highly, so to be able to add their FastTrack products to our inventory will be of further benefit to our customers and we are sure that uptake will be high.”

Maria Formisano at ADR said of the renewal: “ParkVia remain an important partner for us, so renewing our contract was a natural choice. ParkVia are one of the largest airport parking aggregators in the Italian market and have a reputation as customer centric and technology driven organisation. Maintaining a cross channel digital presence for airport parking and FastTrack is key to delivering outstanding customer experience and maximising revenue from ancillary products. ParkVia, with their loyal customer base and extensive network of airline partners will no doubt help ensure that we continue to meet these goals.”
