ParkCloud's delight at Turkish growth
ParkCloud is active in many markets the world over, and Turkey is no exception: from a standing start in late 2013, the company has seen its transactions grow by more than double in the last 12 months.
It is anticipated that progression for ParkCloud will continue at a similar rate for the foreseeable future, as its network across Anatolia now extends to 16 airports.
Moreover, a new airport is currently under construction in the Turkish capital, aimed at facilitating the continued growth of airlines beyond the capacities of Istanbul's existing airports. The airport is planned to be the largest in the world, with a 150-million passenger annual capacity.
ParkCloud's success in the region is further demonstrated in its partnerships: airline SunExpress, a joint venture of Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa, works with ParkCloud across nine key markets, including Turkey. More recently, ParkCloud announced a venture with Pegasus Airlines, Western Europe’s fastest-growing airline, and also based in the country.
The end of the month will see ParkCloud travel to Istanbul to attend Intertraffic to meet with new and existing partners from the region.
