Data Suggests Port Parking Reservations On The Increase
Reservations for parking across ParkCloud’s port departure points are growing steadily in popularity, with bookings made in the company’s systems this June doubling the amount made on last year.
The figures drawn from ParkCloud’s booking management and reporting software ParkCloud.net reveals an increase in reservations made over the peak summer season of June and July compared to figures recorded in 2014.
Thanks to ParkCloud's multi-lingual marketing services, customers are able to book cruise port parking in several countries across the world in their native language.
Despite port car parks playing a niche role within ParkCloud’s overall global coverage, the data demonstrates that cruise passengers based in ParkCloud’s eight global markets are showing a greater desire to get their cruise off to a stress free start by pre-booking parking in advance.
With just under a quarter of the year still remaining, new port car park activations on ParkCloud’s business to consumer platform ParkVia have already surpassed last year’s total amount, and with more to come this statistic proves that consumer demand for port parking is stronger than it’s ever been.
