ParkCloud takes flight with Pegasus Airlines
Western Europe’s fastest-growing airline has chosen ParkCloud as its partner for airport parking services, launching the carrier’s latest passenger enhancement: Park with Pegasus.
Pegasus flies a scheduled service from thirty destinations in its native Turkey, and a further 59 across 37 countries; its customers can now reserve their parking with ParkCloud alongside booking their hotel or car hire, demonstrating the company’s commitment to streamlining the traveller experience.
According to recent data released by OAG (Official Airline Guide), the low-cost carrier recorded the fastest growth in Western Europe over a five year period, increasing capacity by 153% since 2010. ParkCloud will offer parking to Pegasus’ passengers in Turkey and across Europe, with connections such as double-daily from London Stansted, and recently-announced departures from London Gatwick, Lyon and Milan-Malpensa airports.
The parking reservations portal designed by ParkCloud allows Pegasus passengers to compare and choose from a range of parking options and prices at their departure airports by pre-booking through ParkCloud’s integrated engine. ParkCloud will also provide customer service support in English, Turkish, German, French, Italian and Dutch as part of the agreement and to cater to Pegasus Airlines’ diverse customer base.
With ParkCloud experiencing 400% growth in three years - which culminated in being awarded a Queen’s Award in 2014 - ParkCloud was the ideal partner to match Pegasus’ drive to expand further on a global scale.
