ParkCloud launches management system overhaul at British Embassy in Warsaw
ParkCloud headed to Poland last week for its second British Embassy event of the year. The day proved an excellent opportunity to meet current clients and develop relationships with new ones.
Arranged with the help of UKTI and the British Embassy in Warsaw, ParkCloud held meetings and workshops throughout the day, focusing on different aspects of the company’s services. More than 30 different companies were represented, including the two airports of Warsaw.
The event was the occasion for ParkCloud to premier a re-designed version of its booking management system ParkCloud.net. Enhanced usability across varied devices is one of the major changes made to the system, with an interface that responds to different screen sizes. The upgrade follows the launch of responsive design on ParkCloud’s entire network of websites earlier this year, making this a core component of the company’s services to match the ever-increasing number of bookings taken on tablets and smartphones.
Part of the package for all ParkCloud clients, ParkCloud.net provides access to bookings taken through ParkCloud’s reservation software. The system, already used by the over-1500 operators and affiliates working with ParkCloud, is a comprehensive platform for managing bookings, pricing and availability. In addition, ParkCloud.net includes an array of reports to give insight into occupancy, customer trends and preferences. The system is available in 24 different languages, catering to ParkCloud’s international network.
Speaking about the day at the Embassy, ParkCloud’s managing director Mark Pegler stated, “We were very pleased to have the full support of the British Embassy in helping to make this event a success. The Polish market continues to show great potential and I’m sure that our business in Poland will increase as a result.”
