Cuneo Airport chooses ParkCloud >Direct for parking pre-booking
Cuneo Airport launched a new parking pre-booking service utilising ParkCloud >Direct this week.
After several weeks of work, Cuneo Airport unveiled a brand new parking services section, with an integrated booking form, courtesy of a new partnership with ParkCloud.
Situated around 20kms north of the town of Cuneo, Levaldigi airport is just 60kms from the French-Italian border, and its small size belies a strong international presence with a customer base that speaks not just Italian but French, English and Romanian.
ParkCloud’s international team were therefore ideally placed to provide a booking service that could be made accessible to all of Cuneo Airport’s customers. A tailored booking form was integrated into a dedicated parking page, which was then translated in the languages chosen by the airport. Customers are taken through a simple 3 page process allowing them to select their preferred parking option, fill in essential details and confirm the booking.
Alongside online pre-booking, GEAC S.p.a, the management company of Cuneo Airport, also chose to hand customer care to ParkCloud’s team, who will handle email and phone queries from the airport’s parking customers, and be available via online chat to assist customers through the booking process on the website. All of these services are again in the 4 languages available on the website.
Bookings began on the day of launch for the airport’s car parks, with initially one parking option available, and plans to include a wider choice of products as soon as possible.
