Customers now have the convenience to pay for their parking by SMS, App, the parkbytext™ Customer Care team or online through www.parkbytext.com, in 17 car Lot locations in the Downtown, Old Port and East End areas of the city.

As a new customer, you can avail of the service as an account holder or one-time user. As an account holder, users are able to top-up their account with the credit or debit card and then pay for their parking using their account balance. Account holders can securely store their card information for automatic account top-ups. One-time customers can pay for their parking using their credit or debit card.

Benefits of being an account holder, which is a free service, include: Extending your stay from wherever you are; text reminder options; ability to print parking receipts; swap cover between vehicles; automatic account top-up. Customers can create an account through the mobile app, available for iPhone and android, online at parkbytext.com or by calling the Customer Care team on 207-464-1555.
