ITSO Certification for nagels
Following extensive testing of its products nagels has received full smart ticket accreditation from ITSO. The accreditation supports nagels move into the UK transportation sector for the manufacture and supply of smart tickets.
nagels is well known in the international parking community as the leader in the production of car park tickets and operational print, however in recent years the business has been steadily developing its products in the smart ticketing sector working alongside some of the industries leading OEM and system integrators to develop smart ticketing for a range of applications.
The company supplies a wide range of smart tickets in varying formats including cut single cards, continuous tickets in rolls, and fan-folded tickets for the mass transit sector. The ITSO accreditation demonstrates once again the companies commitment in this sector allowing for a wider choice when it comes to transit ticketing.
nagels now manufactures over 4.5 billion tickets annually and supplies to more than 80 countries around the world, the business benefits from having support and distribution points in a range of countries including the UK, Canada, France, Netherlands, Turkey, USA, and Germany.
The paper based smart tickets complement other products in the transit ticketing range including PVC cards, magnetic stripe tickets, and barcoded ticketing. In addition to ticketing manufacture the businesses offers in-house encoding, unique software solution provided by its own developers and programmers, with all work undertaken in its secure production facility.
