Roveka BV fully owned by Nagels Druck GMBH
By signing the contract on December 4th, 2014, Thomas Nagels closed the deal for the Nagels Group to acquire Roveka BV.
Roveka was founded by Robert van der Vijgh, who sold the company to his son Peter in 1995. Peter lead the company to become a highly successful ticket seller in the dutch market. Roveka has been a highly appreciated partner for more than 30 years, but always remained an independent ticket seller.
For the Nagels Group, which produces more than 3 billion tickets a year, this acquisition builds a new milestone in their company history and is one step in its international expansion strategy. The current Dutch team will be expanded to this end.
