The City of Etten-Leur Selects the Parking Monitor from Monit Data

Earlier this year, Etten-Leur chose to use Monit Data's Parking Monitor for the operational and financial management of the city's parking facilities. The modules for on- and off-street parking, and for enforcement as offered in Parking Monitor will be implemented.

And as the city already has scan cars in use for enforcement, it was a natural choice to also select the scan car module for efficient parking occupancy reports. Finally, the financial analysis and audit capabilities that are available in Monit Data's Parking Monitor will be an important instrument to help the municipality manage parking revenues.

The city of Etten-Leur is a member of the Cooperative Parking Management Southwest Netherlands, as is the city of Bergen op Zoom which already uses the Parking Monitor. Therefore the existing financial agreements and parking system connections can be used for an effective implementation.
