MobileNOW! Transforms Customer Experience at The Car Park

MobileNOW!, the global technology innovator with the world’s most flexible and user-friendly mobile payment solution for parking, has successfully deployed mobile payment in The Cark Park of Wichita, Kansas.

The Car Park parking facilities are seated among lively entertainment venues such as the INTRUST Bank Arena and Century II Performing Arts and Convention Center.

Previously, The Car Park used an honor box system to collect parking payments. With MobileNOW!, The Car Park empowers customers to pay for and manage their parking sessions remotely—more quickly and easily—with a few clicks using the free MobileNOW! app. Customers who do not use a smart phone may pay for parking by calling the MobileNOW! IVR system.

MobileNOW! provided signs and decals throughout The Cark Park’s facilities for customers to easily locate where MobileNOW! is accepted. In addition to traditional signage, MobileNOW! partnered with The Car Park to promote mobile payment via digital signage, a new initiative that underscores commitment to “greener” parking.
