MobileNOW! celebrates success in Montgomery County

Montgomery County, the second most affluent county in the U.S., first adopted mobile payment for metered parking using MobileNOW!’s IVR system, where parkers are able to start and stop their parking sessions remotely by calling a local phone number using their cell phones.

Since inception of the IVR system, local users have adopted the free MobileNOW! app for added convenience. Parkers are able to save an average of 33% by stopping their sessions in real time and paying only for time parked.

A local user recently commented, “This app works perfectly! It saves me so much time, and I am now able to expense my parking meter charges.”

MobileNOW! allows users to access transaction history and receipts online.
