METRIC launches new parking terminal, the METRIC Sprite

The METRIC Sprite has been designed to combine the smart functionality found in our existing parking terminal but on a smaller footprint for cities where space is a premium.

One feature capturing the attention of visitors was the HD Video Screen. Available on both the Elite LS and the Sprite, the video screen delivers vivid, HD quality static and motion video content. An ideal way to communicate with car park users, the video screen can be used for advertising as an additional revenue stream for car park operators.

The METRIC Elite LS was on stand demonstrating how it can be used for more than just parking. Our multi-service terminals can handle payments for many other services where a receipt or ticket is required as proof of purchase; and because they can be equipped with banknote readers and Chip & Pin with Contactless, they can accept high value payments, making them a flexible and versatile alternative to manned booths.

Alongside the launch of the new terminal comes a new back office system – METRIC Mi-Office. The new back office has been completely redesigned with exciting features including dynamic reporting and a live dashboard allowing greater insight and more control over the operator’s machine stock.
