Higher production output – shorter delivery times

Magnetic Autocontrol Group Management proudly reports the completion of its barrier production investment program at the German plant in Schopfheim.

The new production lines have started operation beginning June at Magnetics production site No. 1. Its changed layout and the improved supply chain management concept and production method “one piece flow” allow responding quickly to satisfy the ever increasing demand for the bestselling Magnetic MHTM™ MicroDrive barriers.

Higher production output, shorter manufacturing times, automated test stations and tighter quality control will result in shorter delivery times for our international customers for both standard and/or customized products.

Magnetic Germany currently assembles all MHTM™ MicroDrive barriers variants Parking, Toll, Access, Traffic for the EMEA region besides providing the subsidiary plants in Australia, Brazil, China, India, Malaysia and USA with either fully assembled products and/or parts for local assembly.

At this point we wish to thank our esteemed customers for their patience and loyalty; we will engage to become the industry’s fastest supplier for standard and customized barrier products.
