LAZ Selected to Run Parking Operations at I.M. Pei-Designed Luxury Condominium in Midtown Manhattan
LAZ Parking announced that it has been selected to manage parking operations at The Centurion, a luxury condominium at 33 West 56th Street, in New York City. The 17-story, 47-unit luxury residence was designed by the late I.M. Pei and is the first ground-up residential condominium in New York City designed by the renowned architect and his firm, I.M. Pei Partnership Architects. Built in 2008, The Centurion is situated in the heart of midtown Manhattan and a short walk from Central Park, the theater district, the Plaza Hotel, Carnegie Hall, the Museum of Modern Art, Radio City Music Hall, and other city landmarks.
