LAZ Parking merges with denver-based parking operator Alpha Park

LAZ Parking is excited to kick off the New Year by announcing a merge with Denver-based parking operator Alpha Park. The merger, which closed on Wednesday, January 4, 2017, will add 49 new parking garages and surface lots to the LAZ Parking family, making it one of the largest parking operators in Denver with 80 locations and over 125 employees.     

Alpha Park was founded in 2009 by Dan Bragassa, a parking professional with decades of experience in the Denver parking market. Dan will now officially join the LAZ family, serving as Regional Vice President of Denver, working closely with Tony DiPaolo, Senior Vice President of the Midwest Region.

Alpha Park has a great brand and reputation across Colorado.  From a cultural perspective, Alpha Park is a perfect fit for LAZ and falls in line with the strategic goal for long term growth that will continue to create opportunities for our employees.  Dan built his company with the same family  values and passion for the business as LAZ, and we couldn’t be more excited about what we will accomplish with Dan moving forward in Denver.  We are thrilled to have the Alpha Park Family join the LAZ Family!
