IP Parking to Implement Advanced PARCS at The Stacks in DC
We're excited to share that The Stacks, a waterfront mixed-use development in Washington, DC's iconic Buzzard Point district, has selected IP Parking to implement our state-of-the-art Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS).
Located near Audi Field and Nationals Park, The Stacks is set to become a vibrant community hub, where event parking solutions are essential to accommodate the bustling activity in the area.
To meet the unique demands of this mixed-use development, which neighbors these major sports venues, our PARCS will streamline event parking with efficient, user-friendly payment on entry. By facilitating payments upon arrival for events, we help reduce congestion at exit times, easing traffic flow when everyone leaves simultaneously. This ensures a seamless experience for visitors during busy events, whether they're attending a game or exploring all that The Stacks has to offer.
We're also excited to integrate our PARCS with EVPassport to offer a comprehensive electric vehicle charging solution, marking our first U.S. integration of this kind. Thanks to our open API architecture, we have the flexibility to seamlessly incorporate various systems, delivering a fully customized and future-proof solution for The Stacks.
This integrated parking and charging experience will offer customers a unified process, allowing them to easily enter their parking ticket number or license plate information to start a charging session. With a single charge covering both parking and vehicle charging, the process is both simple and efficient. Management will also benefit from accurate billing that reflects the actual energy used, ensuring transparency and operational ease.
At IP Parking, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients and their customers. We're thrilled to be part of The Stacks project, contributing to its success by providing a cutting-edge parking system that's designed to excel both day-to-day and during major events.
Stay tuned for more updates on our innovative projects!
