Copart Tower - Virginia

The Copart Tower is a premium office location; just off the tollway in Dallas, TX. When Stream Realty needed an innovative parking technology: Nguni Parking was selected to provide an IP Parking solution. Visitors to Copart Tower now enjoy a customer-friendly parking experience, including multiple payment and validation options. Copart Tower's management, on the other hand, benefits from greater control and lower cost of ownership; as compared to legacy parking systems.

The comprehensive solution included a complete parking guidance system from ParkHelp integrated seamlessly with the IP Parking system serving as the hub for all technologies.

NRECA - Virginia

IP Parking is happy to report the success of our PARCS installation at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) located at 4301 Wilson Blvd. Arlington, VA. This Class A office building is surrounded by a bustling community of hotels, banks, restaurants, and retail shopping centers.

The parking facility is open to the public and our cloud-based solutions enable guests to reserve spaces in advance. We installed our sleek IP2 with a 15” touch screen and LED contour lighting to make paying for parking a breeze.

Capital Gallery Office Tower - Washington

IP Parking's 15th PARCS installation was in partnership with Boston Properties. Located at 600 Maryland Avenue SW, Washington, D.C., is the premier Capital Gallery office tower. This project is distinctly unique because it is a fully ticketless venue.
