IP Parking: Latest Update

IP Parking have had a busy time with new projects across the Netherlands in March. From Rotterdam to Maastricht and Dordrecht, new installations mean that visitors and residents can now benefit from a more efficient and stress-free parking experience. 

Willemswerf in Rotterdam

IP Parking, along with Barticipation Parkeeradvies and ASR, installed a new parking management system in the Willemswerf in Rotterdam at the start of 2021. The four-level parking garage has a total of 25 companies using our Firmbase software in order to manage their personalized subscriptions, parking spaces, reservations, and intercom.

Our parking solution allows the number of free parking spaces per level to be tracked to ensure efficiency and convenience. We manage and track this information by using license plate recognition software.

Brusselsepoort in Maastricht

IP Parking has now provided a new parking management system for the Brusselsepoort in Maastricht. The 513-space parking lot is now fully equipped with our IP2 Terminal with a 15” touch screen and the latest Barrier Gate S with red and green LED lighting. We designed this parking management system to be efficient for both the short-term parking users going in and out of the supermarkets as well as the various season subscribers.

The season subscribers park easily and quickly thanks to our high-speed software that recognizes and validates their license plates in just 0.84 seconds, lifting the barrier ahead.

Maasplaza in Dordrecht

IP Parking has provided a new parking system for the Maasplaza in Dordrecht. Using our license plate recognition technology, we have enabled visitors to park free for up to an hour. If you choose to visit for more than the allotted hour, you can just pay with a bank card at the barrier. Visitors no longer have to deal with the hassle of drawing a parking ticket with each visit.

IP2 Terminal 15” Display Screen

The IP2 is equipped with a modern 15” display screen, allowing a variety of content to be displayed. This content varies from activities at the parking facility to campaigns. In addition, the IP2 screen can be customized with different images, logos, and menus. Users are enabled to select from a variety of options to best fit their needs. These options include language selections, card giver information, intercom, and company selection.

The touchscreen is a “future proof” feature that allows you to change the configuration to meet your ever-changing needs. The ‘buttons’ can easily be added, removed, or adjusted to your preferences remotely, because our system is completely web-based.
