IP Parking: Contract Extension with the Municipality of Nijmegen
Contract Extension with the Municipality of Nijmegen: New Parking Equipment at 14 Locations
We are pleased to announce that our contract with the Municipality of Nijmegen in the Netherlands has been extended for another 10 years.
As part of this extension, we will be installing new parking equipment at 14 locations in Nijmegen. This includes both updating existing IP parking systems and installing our system at new locations. Additionally, the municipality is transitioning to 100% web-based servers for cloud hosting.
These steps ensure that the parking systems are future-proof. The transition to cloud hosting offers more flexibility, reliability, and scalability, which is crucial for meeting the growing demand for smart urban mobility solutions.
Guido Nuijens, Strategic Advisor of the Municipality of Nijmegen, commented: "IP Parking won the tender based on the best offer in terms of quality and price. Given all the developments in Nijmegen regarding mobility and the associated challenges, we believe we have selected the right partner in IP Parking to address these challenges. As one of IP Parking's first major clients, we are pleased to continue the pleasant cooperation of the past years over the next 10 years."
We look forward to continuing our successful collaboration and to providing Nijmegen with advanced parking technologies.
