Projects:

RTC Next: IP Parking Under Contract for Reston Town Center’s New Development.

IP Parking has been selected by Boston Properties to provide a parking access and revenue control system for the first parking garages to be placed in service in the next phase of Reston Town Center, located in Reston, Virginia.

The next phase of Reston Town Center, positioned North of the new WMATA Metro Station, will include up to 4M SF offices, restaurants, hotels, retail, and residences.

IP Parking’s access and revenue control system will support two office towers, a hotel, and curated retail in 3 parking structures consisting of approximately 2,600 parking spaces. In addition to IP Parking’s cloud-based parking system, the parking structures will include vehicular guidance by INDECT.

IP Parking’s PARCS system combines a cloud-based parking system with license plate recognition cameras, Bluetooth, MiFare, Apple VAS, Google Smart Tap, barcode, and HID readers as a standard.

A custom parking experience is provided to all guests, no matter what technology they have available to them. This, combined with the ability to be fully ticketless, ensures that customers are ready for the future, no matter what it brings.

Saturnusstraat The Hague

IP Parking has implemented company parking at Saturnusstraat The Hague. Company parking is a unique ticket-less concept that functions 100% digitally. One of the many advantages of being fully digital is that the maintenance is kept to a minimum. High infrastructure costs are also becoming a thing of the past with all calls being made via the public network.

The web-based application, FirmBase, enables companies to manage part of the facility. By programming the license plate numbers of employees and frequent visitors, they can enter and exit with ease thanks to our license plate recognition technology. Employees can also gain access via parking Mifare subscription passes.

Visitors that are not registered in the system can drive in with their bank card and the company can later determine whether or not charges need to be applied. Our parking solutions are flexible, fast, and easy to use.

City of Arnhem

IP Parking provides a complete platform that enables organizations to optimally arrange parking and access to meet their unique requirements. IP Parking has developed this versatile solution by deploying internet solutions combined with high-quality hardware. Both the software and hardware are developed in-house, allowing us to continuously develop and keep up with the latest trends. In addition to an optimal experience for parkers, IP Parking also ensures a sleek appearance of the parking garage.

Last January, IP Parking provided an upgrade of entry and exit terminals to the city of Arnhem. The new IP2 terminals that were launched have aesthetically pleasing LED lighting at the top and bottom of the terminal. The extra lighting creates a modern and sleek appearance in the parking garage.

Albert Hein XL Helmond

IP Parking is proud to announce the completion of the Albert Hein XL Project! We installed personalized equipment such as the IP2, Barrier Gate AS, Barrier Gate S, and IP Pay. The customized equipment provides an excellent and accurate representation of the company: convenience, quality, and of course the love for the color blue.

The ideal parking experience begins with an effortless entrance into the parking garage and ends with a smooth exit out of the garage. IP Parking installing license plate recognition technology in the barrier house was a conscious decision that was made to enable the scan to be completed before reaching the entrance or exit barrier. The scan takes place approximately 4.5 meters in front of the barrier and the validation is completed within 0.84 seconds. IP Parking came up with this speedy and efficient solution to eliminate long parking garage lines for good!
