Nancy Thermal: Park to Spa in France with HUB

Valvital, the commercial name used by the French company Compagnie Européenne des Bains, is one of the largest thermal groups in France: their 11 health resorts are visited by over 50,000 thousand guests every year.

The most recently inaugurated resort is Nancy Thermal's Espace Santé, that is a spa destination accessible to all by design: for its healthcare services, as well as the ease of vehicle and pedestrian access.

The access control solution that serves this significant site is a comprehensive system composed of:

• 3 Jupiter lane entry and 3 lane exit stations
• 1 mobile app JPass for users (in French, of course!)
• 6 License Plate Reading (LPR) cameras by Survision
• 1 mSwing and 5 mTripod pedestrian gates by Magnetic

Since April 2023, guests (many couples) have been enjoying a wide range of spa services and the hotel. To facilitate their access to the site car park (and the personnel’s too!) all parking lanes are equipped with LPR technology paired with Jupiter slim stations: vehicles drive through the lanes, their license plate is captured and fed to JMS parking management software, and the barrier instantly rises.

In a matter of seconds, vehicles are in and their drivers are just a few minutes away from thermal waters: mission accomplished!
