Holiday Extras Germany appoints new Managing Director
Experienced travel industry expert Jerome Danglidis joins the Munich-based team
Holiday Extras Germany has announced that travel industry expert, Jerome Danglidis will be its new Managing Director. He starts in mid-September 2015 and will work alongside Martin Pundt with the view to take the helm when Martin moves to the strategic role of a Non-Executive Director in 2016.
Jerome Danglidis most recently held the leading role as senior consultant for the Gerson Lerman Group and as advisor for various investment companies. At Holiday Extras, 52-year-old Danglidis will report into Matthew Pack, CEO of the Holiday Extras Group.

He is the right man to drive the growth of our portfolio as well as our European expansion.”

Additionally, Danglidis held the position of Vice President Marketing Continental Europe at the luxury shipping company Silversea Cruises in Monaco and Frankfurt. He also occupied executive positions at The Cruise Line AG at Zurich and Royal Caribbean International at Frankfurt and Oslo.
Also, Jerome Danglidis has a wealth of experience in the airline sector. His commercial practice includes working for US Airways, Korean Air and Northwest Airlines in various positions. He has studied Business Administration, is a certified Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt with completed pilot training and a prospective MSc in Strategic Planning at the Edinburgh Business School.
Jerome Danglidis is married with two children.
