1,000 parking ticket machines for Stuttgart - City representatives visit Hectronic

At the start of this year, we were proud to announce that we were awarded the contract to supply the state capital of Baden-Württemberg with 1,000 parking ticket machines. It was specifically the intelligent software solution CityLine as well as the ease of operation and maintenance that ultimately proved decisive in the successful outcome for Hectonic. Against this backdrop, we were pleased to welcome representatives from the city to our Bonndorf site.

Bettina Volm and David Hueber were particularly interested in the production of the Citea parking ticket machines, which will soon become part of the Stuttgart cityscape. “We were very impressed by the company. We were made to feel very welcome and it was fascinating to see how the parking ticket machines are produced,” remarked Bettina Volm, Head of Parking Area Management, Roads and Traffic Stuttgart.

The Citea parking ticket machine is a tailor-made solution for intelligent on-street parking management. Thanks to its high level of modularity, key components such as the payment system, power supply and integrated communication can be combined to provide individual solutions.
