Strategic Card Partner

FleetNet software from Hectronic has been designed to open up new ways of communication; resulting in brand new methods for the use of prepaid cards or central limit processing.
Thanks to FleetNet, you can now manage fuel cards at a central server that could previously only be processed locally. Additionally, FleetNet application allows the operator to carry out online authorization of fuel cards from the individual terminal to a control centre. Depending on the actual clearance, the inserted cards are checked either locally at the fuel terminal or online via the FleetNet server. This allows the standardization of previously closed user groups (fuel cards, pool cards). This is a truly trendsetting development for existing card systems. This concept can be used for operators with several filling stations or filling station operators who desire mutual card acceptance.

New ways of communication

FleetNet(2).jpgThe advantages of the online authorization of fuel cards are obvious. However, Hectronic offers you even more benefits: Our fuel terminals HECFLEET NT and HecStar are the perfect solution. We provide the infrastructure (central server with secure access via Internet explorer) as well as the upgrade for fuel terminals.

The perfect combination

The participant or operator has access to a web portal to view or further process data. Standard export formats, such as CSV and PDF, are available. Furthermore, an automatic data exchange (card data/fuel data) that incorporates relevant import and export formats can be installed for the participant/operator.

The open structure ensures general participation

The system has an open design. The standardized online interface (IFSF based) to the FleetNet server allows the connection of POS or Autofuel systems from various manufacturers to the said server.
Actual operation can be carried out independently or with Hectronic as the service provider. This means the server can be installed on the customer's premises and be administered by the actual customer, or one of Hectronics servers can be used.

The key features of the FleetNet server online check are:
- Central blacklist or whitelist administration
- Central limit control (limits are available in real time for the whole network)
- High security standard (against misuse)
- Volume or amount limits for prepaid cards
- Central transaction administration (fuel data processing)
- Variable product restrictions (such as Adblue, vegetable oil, natural gas)
- Expansion of card functions without the need for new cards (further checks or queries, e.g. PIN, kilometre, driver or vehicle input)
- Cards can be activated or deactivated from any location via the web portal
- Minimum connection costs thanks to state-of-the-art communication technology (DSL)

Teamwork: FleetNet and local software

FleetNet enables the flexible and modern online authorization of fuel cards. Furthermore, the program works harmoniously with your local software. Hectronic offers this combination from just one source. Another advantage is that both areas are perfectly synchronized. The local software organizes the data exchange with connected fuel terminals and administers all the relevant master data for the manager of a company filling station or public filling station.

This includes: Customer data, limit administration, card administration, vehicle administration, personnel administration, filling history administration, price and discounts, variable import/ export
And by the way: The number of connected fuel terminals and cards is unlimited, just like the amount of customer data.
