Hectronic USA and Pure Parking Technologies Announce Merger

Hectronic GmbH is pleased to announce Hectronic USA and Pure Parking Technologies LLC, have entered into an agreement to merge companies. The newly merged company will operate under the Hectronic USA name. Hectronic USA will continue to provide its customers with an extensive portfolio of Parking Management Solutions.

Both Companies have considerable talent and expertise in all areas of On and Off Street Parking Products and integrating solutions. Combining our products, services and employees will allow us to better service the market place. The newly formed company will continue to operate out of both of their current facilities in Chesapeake, Virginia and their corporate headquarters in Brewster, New York.

Karen Cardillo will become the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Steve Snyder will remain as President. "I am very excited about the combined product and services this merger brings to the market place. The combination of superior parking technology from Hectronic combined with expert distribution capabilities, integrating technologies and third party parking add ons make this a win win for everyone", states Cardillo.
