The trade fair Intertraffic 2014 was a great success for Hectronic

From 25 to 28 March 2014, Hectronic presented the approx. 27,000 visitors at the Amsterdam trade fair centre with comprehensive information about the latest intelligent system solutions for on and off-street parking.

At the leading trade fair for infrastructure, ITS transport management, safety and parking, Hectronic demonstrated how modern parking system solutions can be used to meet the requirements of an intelligent and efficient traffic planning system. The items exhibited presented various solutions for a range of applications. Professional visitors from all over the world were impressed by the innovative new market solution as well as the expansion of the parking space management system.

The highlights

The real highlight at the Hectronic stand this year was undoubtedly the new CiteaMax parking ticket terminal which revolves around a large, solar-powered touch display with an intuitive menu guide as a user interface. The colourful graffiti design appealed to visitors. The latest processes in contactless payment (e.g. the PaWave/PayPass application as a payment function) were also presented. In addition to the new parking ticket machine, an expansion of the CityLine software to include new functions such as tariff programming was also presented. The CityLine mobile app was on display, offering live monitoring and car park space monitoring. The new developments were completed with a new app for mobile payment for parking times.

Innovation meets ‘tried-and-trusted’

One notable thing at the trade fair stand was the way in which Hectronic GmbH has stayed true to ‘tried-and-tested’ values, despite setting new standards in innovation. The trusted Citea parking ticket machine with its new security category 3 was well received at the fair.
This extended product portfolio leaves us well-positioned for the future. We are looking forward to offering tailor-made concepts and solutions.
