City of Hamilton, Bermuda, Expands its Relationship with Hectronic USA and Upgrades Five Additional Car Parks
After a very successful installation at their City Hall Car Park, the City of Hamilton has made the decision to upgrade five additional car parks using Hectronic’s Access Control Solution.
In August of 2016, Hamilton chose Hectronic to install their HecTwin Access Control system in their newly designed City Hall Car Park. The solution consisted of two Hectwin entrance units, two Hectwin exit units and three Citea Pay Stations taking all forms of payment in both US and Bermudian Currency as well as credit and debit cards.
“The initial installation has exceeded our expectation of providing our patrons with an ease of use access and payment solution, improved space availability and for the City, an increase in revenue,” comments Ian Hind, Senior Engineer with the City of Hamilton.
Based on these results, Hamilton has entered into an agreement with Hectronic USA to provide their solution in five additional car parks within the city limits. "We are excited to update our patron parking facilities with both a new design and updated equipment from Hectronic", Ian added.
"Our HecTwin Access Control solution provides a feature rich/cost effective solution for small to mid-size lots and garages requiring access and revenue controls", states Steve Snyder, President of Hectronic USA. "We look forward to our continued relationship with the City of Hamilton."
Installation of the additional car parks will start late 1st quarter of 2017.
