Hectronic: Charging as Easy as Refueling

Hectronic combines its many years of experience in parking and filling station management to develop sophisticated payment and authorization solutions for e-mobility. Whether apps, back-office management via cloud or central payment terminals – Hectronic solutions enable customers to set up an economical and flexible charging infrastructure including the integration of all common authorization and payment options.

Offering a wide range of barrier-free payment options is a prerequisite for the expansion of e-mobility and its acceptance among the population. The Hectronic mission for e-mobility is to make paying for charging sessions as easy as paying for a parking ticket or refuelling!

Hectronic focuses its e-mobility solutions on company car parks and public charging stations. The company also helps filling stations to integrate charging infrastructures at their sites. Two recent projects highlight the versatility of Hectronic’s product offering.

A new barrier-free charging solution was recently implemented in Burgenland (Austria). At the Stöckl service station, customers can now fill up with electricity and pay in cash or by bank card. Special apps, customer cards or memberships are not necessary.

The company’s own charging park is also relying on Hectronic authorization and payment solutions, of course. Since its recent opening, employee, customer and company EVs can be charged at the facility located in the company car park in Bonndorf (Germany). Employees can easily authorize a charging session with their company tag at the Hectronic terminal and then select the desired charging point. Authorization and payment via app or the use of a bank card is also possible, of course.
