The medium-sized specialist for payment and authorization systems continues to expand its E-Mobility business.

Hectronic acquired a stake in ev-pay GmbH on February 5, 2024. Hectronic's decision to participate in ev-pay reflects the significance of e-mobility for the company. Stefan Forster, Managing Director of Hectronic, particularly appreciates the strategic orientation and management of ev-pay GmbH: "We are taking this step because we believe in ev-pay's approach. With Felix Blum and Dominik Freund, experienced e-mobility specialists are at the helm of the company".
