Get My Parking’s Corporate Module is designed to provide a friction-free parking experience to employees and visitors at corporate workplaces. The module makes it easier for organizations to provide incentives like flexible parking passes and special discounts on parking fees to onboarded users.

Providing proper parking to employees and visitors is an important part of corporate workplace management, but there may be logistical issues while trying to implement a smarter parking system. GMP’s Corporate Management module helps organizations deliver a coherent and digitized parking system to their employees and guests.

Using the operator’s custom-branded consumer app, corporate parkers can search and navigate the open parking spots in the area or pre-book parking. It also enables touchless access and cashless payment methods and provides real-time parking information directly to the parker’s phone. In case the existing parking equipment is not compatible with a smart parking management system, GMP Access can retrofit, integrate, and control the corporate’s cross-vendor equipment.

The Corporate Module comes with the Partner Portal, a user-friendly interface through which admins from the corporate partner can add new parkers to their account, assign and manage their permits and receive automated invoices.

With automated invoices and payments, the GMP Partner Portal eases the load on parking admins and reduces human error in the AR process. Admins can also update and process checks in bulk faster than ever. With a powerful dashboard for detailed analytics, operators can analyze AR aging reports, account lists and more.

Through the self-serve portal, corporate partners can receive automated invoices, add/update details of their parkers and make hassle-free payments via CC, Bank Debit, eCheck, ACH, Wire, etc. Operators can also set must-take limits for the minimum number of permits that the corporate partner has to purchase as part of the partnership. They can configure the overage amount to be charged if the number of permits/parkers exceed the must-take limit.

With our latest update, corporate employees can onboard themselves by scanning the QR code in their welcome emails. Once their corporate/business profile has been created in the consumer app, they can easily access car parks where their employers provide parking privileges.

Once the parkers have been onboarded, they can simply switch to the corporate profile on the app to start enjoying their corporate privileges. The QR-onboarding process also works for guest users for whom parking privileges are extended for a short period of time.
