Shopping mall Easton chooses Portier

FLS Finland will deliver Portier space-specific guidance system to the Easton shopping mall in Helsinki. In the first phase, Easton will feature approximately 1,000 parking spaces and utilize a mixture of different technologies to provide the most accurate occupancy data possible from the parked vehicles and from vehicles looking for parking. This will, in turn, provide significant added value for the parking garage especially during the peak traffic hours.

Due to the strict architectural requirements, FLS came up with a completely new design of the sensor which allows direct mounting to the lighting fixtures without compromising sensor visibility or architectural integrity. In addition to the Portier guidance system, Easton offers some novel concepts for shoppers such as click and collect service which enables customers to place orders online and have the goods loaded into their cars at the collection point.
