Flowbird: Upgrading Strada Touch Terminals in Key Belgian Cities - Improved User Experience and Enhanced Connectivity

We are excited to announce the upgrade of over 300 parking terminals from the older Strada Touch terminals (7" touch screen) to our advanced StreetSmart solution, featuring a larger, more user-friendly 10" touch screen. This upgrade also includes a migration to the 4G network, ensuring stable and secure connectivity.

• Knokke and Aalst: In partnership with the private operator OPC, we are bringing this upgrade to life, enhancing the parking experience for both locals and visitors.
• Genk: Flowbird is working directly with the city to modernize its parking infrastructure, ensuring seamless transactions and better usability.

This combined solution not only enhances the user experience but also helps phase out obsolete Strada Touch terminals for a smoother, more modern parking experience.

Beyond these cities, we are rolling out a nationwide upgrade action, affecting over 3,000 terminals across Belgium, to ensure continued functionality as the 3G network is phased out by the end of 2024. This involves private operators OPC, Indigo, and Apcoa, as well as cities like Gent.

This upgrade not only enhances user experience but also ensures secure payment processing and smooth license plate parking.
