Flowbird: A Better Parking Experience Lands In Örebro

In Örebro, the sixth largest city in Sweden, the parking experience is getting better, with a little help from Flowbird.

We won a tender to launch a multi-channel parking solution, including 300 Compact S5 solar-powered terminals and our mobile app. Ours is the only parking app serving Örebro city, and it now has more than 500 business customers.

A new payment solution called Digipay has been integrated with the terminals - unlocking many handy features motorists will enjoy :

• Recall: License plates connected with a payment ID are remembered
• Check-in, check-out: Only pay for the parking time you need
• Digital receipts: No more paper, receipts can be sent by email or SMS
• Extend : Extend service duration from anywhere

In the coming months, the city will allow users to pay by Swish and to extend their parking time via MyParking, accessed by scanning a QR code on the terminal.
