FlashParking Announces Acquisition of CSI

FlashParking, the leader in 21st-century parking mobility technology, announced it has completed the acquisition of the Parking Division of Control Systems Incorporated (CSI), a Connecticut based company that served over 1,600 customers over the last 30 years. The deal expands FlashParking’s customer base in the Northeast and provides CSI customers access to reliable, future-ready technology that diversifies revenue and helps operations thrive in today’s rapidly evolving mobility landscape.

The CSI founder added, “Under the FlashParking umbrella, our customers will be cared for with the same high level of service, integrity, and accountability they are accustomed to while gaining access to FlashParking’s innovative parking and mobility platform.” CSI will retain its maintenance business to support customers with legacy TIBA, DESIGNA, or 3M/Federal PARCS equipment, while the rest of the CSI team will join FlashParking.

The acquisition supports FlashParking’s mission to deliver 21st-century mobility technology and comprehensive parking services powered by FlashOS, the industry’s only mobility hub operating system, to a well-established customer-base that already expects the best.
