Simply Pay Your Parking Ticket Online: With an E-parking Ticket and EasyPark

The online offer "E-Parkschein" of the city of Dresden is one of the most accessed online offers of the city and will also be available in the future in a proven manner.

From Thursday, July 15, 2021, motorists in Dresden are also able to purchase an online parking ticket via the EasyPark GmbH app and use other functionalities of the app - such as finding a parking space or extending a parking ticket while on the move. In the course of the conversion of the parking ticket machines to the new parking fees, every parking ticket machine in the city area will receive a sticker drawing attention to the offer. The app can also be used without registration.

Earlier this year, there was a tender to award service concessions to up to three providers established in Germany and Europe. "The aim of the tender was to enable citizens and especially tourists to use established providers they already use to buy an online parking ticket," Simone Prüfer, office manager of the Roads and Public Works Department, informs. Three providers were originally awarded the contract.
