Europe’s Largest Parking App Offers Seamless Integration in Belgium

Europe’s leading provider of digital parking services, EasyPark Group, today announced it is expanding its services to Belgium. The EasyPark app is now available to use in Belgian cities of Dendermonde, Lier, Turnhout, Verviers, Boom, Torhout and Zottegem. EasyPark also works seamlessly in over 700 cities across 12 countries throughout Europe, including neighboring Germany, The Netherlands, France, Italy, Austria and Spain, giving the app the largest coverage in Europe.

André Wielaard, Country Manager for EasyPark in Belgium and The Netherlands, says he plans to follow up today’s entry into selected parts of regional Belgium with gradual expansion across the rest of the country including Brussels.

“We are determined to be the driving force behind the next wave of innovation in Belgium as we bring our pioneering technology to the Belgian market, and we will continue to expand our offering to residents across the country,” he said.

Wielaard spoke of his commitment to making cities in Belgium more livable by working alongside local municipalities and parking operators.

The expansion also has added benefit for EasyPark users, as they only need one parking app when moving across European borders, saving the hassle of registering for multiple parking services or learning how to use different systems.

EasyPark recently launched its new Find & Park feature in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo. Find & Park is a service which guides motorists along the optimal route to find available parking close to their destination. EasyPark is rolling out Find & Park in several major European cities over the coming months, and the feature will eventually also be available in Belgium.

The EasyPark app is available in Belgium for iOS and Android devices, and can be downloaded in the App Store and via Google Play. Registration is free.
