New Strategic Appointments to EasyPark Group’s Executive Team
To achieve the vision of making cities more livable, EasyPark Group continues to grow with two strategic appointments to the Executive Team. Diane Swint is appointed new Chief B2B Officer, and Vikas Tiku as Chief Financial Officer.
Diane is a skilled technology and people leader with over 20 years of experience in building and leading global sales teams in start-up, scaling, and high-growth environments. She has a strong background in sales, marketing, and operations, with a proven track record of launching new products. Before joining EasyPark Group, she was Chief Revenue Officer at ezCater, a Boston-based B2B marketplace in the catering industry, and prior to that she served as Head of Marketplace, connecting businesses with restaurants and caterers across thousands of locations in North America.
Vikas has extensive experience in managing global financial operations and will play a pivotal role in the growth and transformation journey of EasyPark Group into a larger organization. He joins EasyPark Group from Encora, a leading private-equity backed global digital engineering services company headquartered in the United States. He brings with him over 35 years of financial experience in global companies. Prior to Encora, Vikas served in finance leadership roles over 15 years within the global Coca-Cola organization, where he held various senior roles across Japan, the UK, Africa, and the US.

Diane Swint and Vikas Tiku will both start their new positions October 1, and will report to EasyPark Group’s CEO, Cameron Clayton.
