EasyPark continues to innovate with the connected car concept alongside SEAT and SAP Vehicles Network
EasyPark, the leading digital parking solution, continues its journey improving the way people find and pay for parking here at MWC 2016. As announced this weekend SEAT, SAP and EasyPark will showcase the newly-developed technology integrated into the car at MWC.
Building on the connected-car experience, the EasyPark technology allows the driver to find and begin parking all from inside the vehicle (http://bit.ly/1mR53lo). Parking automatically ends when the car drives away, taking payment, only for time used. This is the next step in improving the driving experience alleviating the pains of parking.
This collaboration is a continuation of EasyPark’s involvement in the SAP Vehicles Network which began in 2015.
“Mobile parking has become an indispensable service with millions of customers who conveniently pay for parking via their mobile devices. SAP Vehicles Network allows EasyPark to address new sales channels with prominent brands who now integrate mobile parking into a seamless in-car experience,” says Johan Birgersson, CEO of EasyPark.
“We are excited about how this partnership will improve vehicle mobility, allowing car OEMS to offer a better parking experience to their motorists; saving them both time and money”, adds Birgersson.
Previously Easypark has worked with other vehicle manufacturers such as Volvo to integrate in the Volvo Sensus Connect in 2014.
