DESMAN Unveils New Brand Identity

DESMAN Associates, a leading parking specialist providing architecture, structural and restoration engineering, planning, transportation and green parking consulting to commercial, municipal and institutional clients nationwide, announced today that it is launching a national rebranding campaign featuring a name change to DESMAN (dropping the Associates), redesigned logo and brand identity.

DESMAN Associates was founded in 1973 as Design Management by John Fujiwara and Giri Chhabra who were driven to better the communities in which we live and work by finding a balance of efficiency, aesthetics, durability and value for a variety of parking and transportation related projects. They coined their style of work effort Design Management and later created the name DESMAN from it. The values of Design Management still guide the company today which inspired the company to update the logo to reflect the fresh, forward-looking company that DESMAN is today while retaining their pioneer name and honoring it’s heritage.

“This is a very exciting time for us at DESMAN. We are thrilled to celebrate our 42nd year in business with a rebranding campaign that allows us to re-introduce DESMAN and tell the story behind the name,” said DESMAN President Stephen Rebora.

The company will transition to the new name and look immediately. There are no changes to DESMAN’s organizational structure, management system personnel and scope of accreditation as compared to DESMAN Associates.
