The perfect interface: DESIGNA meets Telepass in Milan

The Telepass provider "Autostrade per l'Italia" allows the Italian motorway tolls to be paid via its terminals. Some 8 million customers use the system in Italy. In cooperation with Telepass, DESIGNA has now integrated a completely new interface to the automated parking process at Milan's LINATE airport: The contact-free Telepass system is used for automatic identification of the customer at the entrance and exit. The due parking fee is simply paid by invoice together with the motorway tolls.

This has broken new technological ground that will set the standards for the future, because with this installation DESIGNA has implemented one of the most highly integrated systems for the first time: From registration number recognition through prebooking, single space identification and the integration of a customer loyalty programme right up to the use of the Telepass system. It is creatively tailored to meet the needs of every customer. And hence a perfect fit for Milan.
