ECE chooses PM ABACUS again

Its approx. 51,000 m2 of rental space accommodates over 200 shops with internationally recognized brands, service and catering companies. A further 35,000 m2 are dedicated to office space. The developer and owner is ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG from Hamburg together with Sparkassen Immobilien AG of Vienna. ECE, the European market leader in the inner-city shopping mall sector, has over four decades of experience in the planning, implementation, leasing and management of city centre shopping arcades. ECE once again chose equipment manufactured by DESIGNA to control and administer the Serdika Center's parking garage, which has around 1600 spaces.

"We have already worked together on a variety of projects in Germany, Austria, Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic. Among others, these include "Galeria Krakowska" and "Arkady Pankrac". The completion of this project means that a PM ABACUS system with three entrances, five exits and 15 automatic pay stations has now been commissioned in Bulgaria," says Bernd von Stumberg, DESIGNA's Partner Sales Manager.
