CIRCONTROL Quick Chargers dare with electric bus

CIRCONTROL, one of the European leaders in quick charging stations with own technology and manufacture plants in Barcelona, has recently supported and performed test with firsts Optare electric bus models with CHAdeMO protocol.

Optare is ranked within the top five global bus manufacturers, as a leader, is following market trend for passenger transport vehicles which is decrease CO2 urban transport emission.

The great goal of CIRCONTROL, is providing entire charging process with 100% of nominal output current (120A) without any derating. This is the key point of the application, because the battery capacity of those electric buses is about four times the size of an standard electric and the charging procedure for buses is considered a Heavy duty application.

It’s possible thanks to quality of the power module of the Compact charger of CIRCONTROL.
