CCV & Q-Park Renew Long-Standing Partnership With Focus On Seamless Customer Experience

- Arnhem, The Netherlands
CCV and Q-Park have been working together on future-proof payment solutions in the parking sector.

CCV and Q-Park renew their decade-long partnership to continue their work on creating a seamless customer experience in the parking sector. In an increasingly connected world, motorists will enjoy a smooth parking experience across several European countries – from in-app payment to smooth drive-in and drive-out by means of automatic number plate recognition.

For more than 10 years, CCV and Q-Park have been working together on future-proof payment solutions in the parking sector. The parking service provider company Q-Park, itself active on the market for over 20 years, relies on the long-standing and international expertise of CCV.

We are very pleased that we can continue to expand our long-standing standards and jointly developed innovations for convenient and smooth payment in the parking sector together with Q-Park in the coming years,” says John Kolthof, CCO of CCV GmbH.

We need a reliable partner at our side who can offer us sophisticated solutions for a seamless customer experience with fast time-to-market implementation. With CCV, we know that payment requirements will be implemented in partnership and with a smart view on the market and the customer,” adds Hans Linssen, CTO from Q-Park.

The starting point for the cooperation was CCV Parking Gateway and later CCV Motion, which was initially rolled out in parking facilities in the Netherlands. Building on the fast-establishing and popular solution with Q-Park customers, CCV Motion was rolled out in four other European countries and now also includes online payment processing on the Q-Park website and app.

In addition, Q-Park relies on CCV to carry out processing & acquiring of all point-of-sale and online transactions. This includes debit and credit cards as well as fleet and mobility cards.
