CAME Parkare Supplies 400 Parking Meters and the Management Platform for the City of Lisbon

The city of Lisbon (Portugal) wanted to renew the downtown parking system with new machines and to provide a centralized management platform as well. SICE Corporation was already a supplier of traffic management and traffic lights in Portugal and decided to go a step further by participating in the supply and maintenance of parking meters tender in the city of Lisbon.

SICE counted on CAME Parkare as a technological partner for supplying machines and on-street parking technology. CAME Parkare and SICE had cooperated in many off-street parking projects in the past.

CAME Parkare responded to both hardware and software requirements: supplying a parking meter with a backlit full keyboard, IP54 certified, TFT screen and low consumption and the Tempo Enterprise SaaS platform, a centralized management solution that manages all connected parking meters. Easy and intuitive, Tempo Enterprise is accessible via a browser; it allows users to know the status of the parking meters system at a glance, to obtain detailed information about specific machines (geographic information system included) or to export reports immediately among other functionalities.
